Leads store fulfillment operations and a team of hourly team members to fulfill pickup and ship-from-store orders accurately, efficiently, and on time while delivering a strong guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee daily fulfillment workload, monitor results, and address performance or training gaps.
- Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Support store operations, including pickup and Drive Up guest services, merchandise protection, and occasional store-level leadership duties.
