What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily fulfillment workload, including pickup and ship-from-store operations, to meet delivery, freshness, and service standards.
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable; review performance metrics and address execution gaps.
- Support store safety, security, compliance, and guest-service needs, including occasional store-level leadership duties.
