Leads store fulfillment operations and team members to fulfill pickup and ship-from-store orders accurately, efficiently, and to guest service standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily fulfillment workload, ensuring orders meet delivery, freshness, accuracy, and service standards.
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable while reviewing performance metrics and addressing gaps.
- Promote safe, secure, and compliant store operations, including food safety and merchandise protection.
