Leads fulfillment operations and team members to pick, prepare, pack, sort, and ship orders accurately and efficiently while meeting guest service and delivery standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily fulfillment workload, including pickup and ship-from-store operations, to meet order, quality, and timeliness goals.
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable; use guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps and improve results.
- Promote safe, compliant operations, including food safety, physical security, and merchandise protection.
