What you'll do
- Plan and oversee fulfillment workloads, including pickup and ship-from-store operations, and use reporting and metrics to address gaps and improve results.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest service, quality, accuracy, timeliness, and safe work practices.
- Support store operations and guest services, including safety, security, compliance, and occasional store-level leadership-on-duty responsibilities.
