Leads General Merchandise team operations, merchandising, replenishment, and guest-service execution to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workload, coach team members, and hold them accountable for guest experience and operational expectations.
- Oversee receiving, merchandising, pricing, replenishment, sales-floor and backroom upkeep, and fulfillment tasks as applicable.
- Review performance and process reports, address operational gaps, and support safety, compliance, and store leadership needs.
