Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering a strong guest experience and sales results.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, backroom organization, and fulfillment as applicable.
- Train, coach, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, operational execution, and safety.
- Review guest, financial, team, and operational metrics to identify gaps and improve results.
