Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering guest experience and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, displays, and backroom organization.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, safety, and development.
- Review business and process metrics, identify gaps, and support plans to improve outcomes and fulfillment.
