About the job
Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering a positive guest experience and supporting store sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload, including receiving, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, and maintaining sales-floor and backroom areas.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, safety, and development.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps, improve processes, and support fulfillment and store readiness.
