About the job
Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workload; oversee replenishment, merchandising, pricing, sales-floor and backroom execution, and fulfillment where applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while improving guest experience, operational performance, and team development.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and security practices; support guest services and occasional store-level leadership duties.
