Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while supporting guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, sales-floor maintenance, and backroom organization.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, safety, and operational performance.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps and improve processes, inventory accuracy, and results.
