Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering a strong guest experience and sales results.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workloads, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, backroom organization, and fulfillment where applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while developing talent and improving guest experience and operational results.
- Maintain safe, compliant, and secure store operations; support guest services and occasionally assume store-level leadership-on-duty responsibilities.
