About the job
Leads General Merchandise team operations to maintain product availability and presentation, deliver guest service, and meet department and store goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workloads; lead receiving, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales-floor and backroom upkeep.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring and talent development.
- Monitor guest, financial, inventory, and team outcomes; identify process gaps and support fulfillment, safety, security, and compliance.
