Leads General Merchandise operations and team members to maintain product availability, accurate pricing and presentation, efficient workload execution, and a positive guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workloads; coach team members and support hiring, training, development, and accountability.
- Oversee receiving, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, sales-floor and backroom standards, and fulfillment when applicable.
- Monitor guest, financial, team, and operational results; address process gaps and uphold safety, compliance, and security practices.
