About the job
Leads General Merchandise team operations to maintain product availability and presentation, deliver guest service, and meet sales and operational goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workload; oversee replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales-floor and backroom upkeep.
- Coach and hold team members accountable for guest experience, operational standards, safety, and development.
- Review business and operational reporting, address process gaps, and support fulfillment and store-level leadership as needed.
