Leads General Merchandise team members and daily store operations to keep merchandise available, accurately priced, easy to shop, and aligned with guest experience and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; oversee merchandising, replenishment, pricing, backroom organization, and fulfillment as applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while supporting guest service, safety, and compliance.
- Review guest, financial, team, and process results; identify gaps and help develop improvement plans.
