Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while supporting guest service and store sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and direct daily workload, merchandising, replenishment, pricing, signing, and backroom organization.
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, safety, and operational standards.
- Review performance and process reports, address gaps, and support fulfillment and store operations.
