Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, sales-floor upkeep, and backroom organization.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, operational standards, safety, and performance.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify process gaps and improve results; support fulfillment and store leadership duties as needed.
