Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering a strong guest experience and sales results.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, sales-floor and backroom upkeep, and fulfillment where applicable.
- Coach, train, assign work to, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring and development.
- Review guest, financial, team, inventory, and fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and improve execution, safety, and results.
