Leads a General Merchandise team to maintain product availability, accurate pricing and presentation, efficient store operations, and a positive guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, backroom organization, and fulfillment where applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring and talent development.
- Review guest, financial, and operational metrics to identify gaps, improve execution, and support safety and compliance.
