Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering guest experience and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload, leading merchandising, replenishment, pricing, and backroom operations.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, safety, and operational standards.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify process gaps and improve execution and results.
