Leads a General Merchandise team to maintain product availability and accurate pricing, execute store workload, and deliver a positive guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plans and assigns daily and weekly work, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, and sales-floor and backroom upkeep.
- Coaches, trains, and holds team members accountable while reviewing results and identifying process improvements.
- Supports fulfillment, guest services, store safety, security, and compliance as needed.
