Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering a strong guest experience and store sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workload; oversee replenishment, merchandising, pricing, displays, backroom organization, and fulfillment as applicable.
- Coach and hold team members accountable for guest experience, operational standards, safety, and development.
- Review guest, financial, team, and process reports to identify gaps and improve results.
