What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, backroom organization, and fulfillment where applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, safety, and operational standards.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify process gaps and improve results.
