Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while supporting guest experience and store sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; oversee replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, sales-floor and backroom upkeep, and fulfillment when applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring and team development.
- Review guest, financial, team, and operational reports to identify gaps and improve execution, safety, and results.
