Leads General Merchandise store operations and hourly team members to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering guest experience and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Assign and lead daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, displays, backroom organization, and fulfillment when applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, safety, and development.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify process gaps and improve results, inventory accuracy, and product availability.
