What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly merchandise workload, including receiving, replenishment, pricing, signing, merchandising, and backroom organization.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while supporting hiring and talent development.
- Monitor guest, financial, and team outcomes; identify process gaps and support safety, compliance, fulfillment, and store readiness.
