Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while supporting guest experience and store sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly department workload, including receiving, merchandising, replenishment, pricing, and sales-floor and backroom upkeep.
- Coach, train, assign tasks to, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational standards, and safety.
- Review guest, financial, inventory, and fulfillment reports to identify process gaps and improve results.
