Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep merchandise available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering a strong guest experience and sales results.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workloads, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, backroom organization, and fulfillment where applicable.
- Coach, develop, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, and safety.
- Review guest, financial, inventory, and team metrics to identify gaps and improve execution and results.
