Leads a General Merchandise team to deliver guest service and meet sales goals through merchandising, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store operations.
What you'll do
- Plan and direct daily and weekly workload, including receiving, merchandising, pricing, replenishment, and fulfillment as applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest experience, operational standards, and safety.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify process gaps and improve results.
