Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering a strong guest experience and sales results.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, sales-floor and backroom upkeep, and fulfillment where applicable.
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable; evaluate performance and support hiring and development.
- Review guest, financial, and operational metrics to identify gaps, improve processes, and maintain safe, compliant store operations.
