Leads General Merchandise team operations to maintain product availability and accurate pricing, deliver a positive guest experience, and meet store sales and workload priorities.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload, and oversee replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, sales-floor upkeep, and backroom organization.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while building a guest-first team and developing talent.
- Review guest, financial, team, and process metrics to identify gaps, improve execution, and support safe, compliant store operations.
