Leads General Merchandise team operations to maintain product availability and accurate merchandising while delivering a strong guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily workload, coach team members, and hold them accountable for guest service and operational standards.
- Oversee receiving, replenishment, pricing, signing, merchandising, sales-floor and backroom upkeep, and fulfillment work when applicable.
- Review performance and operational reporting, address process gaps, and support safety, compliance, and store security.
