Leads General Merchandise teams and daily store operations to maintain product availability, merchandising accuracy, sales goals, and a positive guest experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workload; coach, train, and hold team members accountable.
- Oversee replenishment, pricing, signing, merchandising, backroom organization, and applicable fulfillment tasks.
- Review guest, financial, and team results; address process gaps and support store safety, compliance, and security.
