Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep merchandise available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while delivering a strong guest experience and supporting store goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, backroom organization, and fulfillment work when applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable for guest service, safety, and operational standards.
- Review guest, financial, team, and process metrics to identify gaps, improve execution, and support sales goals.
