What you'll do
- Plan and lead department workload, including receiving, replenishment, pricing, signing, displays, backroom organization, and fulfillment as applicable.
- Coach, train, assign tasks to, and hold team members accountable while developing talent and improving guest experience.
- Monitor guest, financial, team, and operational outcomes; address process gaps and maintain safety, compliance, and store readiness.
