Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while supporting guest experience and store sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead daily and weekly department workload, including replenishment, merchandising, pricing, sales-floor and backroom upkeep, and fulfillment when applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while reviewing performance metrics and addressing process gaps.
- Support guest services, safety, compliance, merchandise protection, and occasional store-level leadership duties.
