Leads General Merchandise team operations to keep products available, accurately priced, and easy to shop while supporting guest experience and store sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign team workload; oversee replenishment, merchandising, pricing, signing, sales-floor and backroom upkeep, and fulfillment work as applicable.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable while developing talent and improving operational execution.
- Review guest, financial, team, and process results; address gaps and uphold safety, compliance, and security practices.
