Leads inbound and general merchandise operations, guiding a team to unload deliveries, stock and replenish merchandise, and meet guest experience and store sales goals.
What you'll do
- Plan and assign daily and weekly workload; ensure merchandise is available and areas are ready for store opening.
- Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, and safety.
- Review business and operational metrics, identify gaps, and take action to improve results and the guest experience.
