What you'll do
- Assign and oversee daily workload, including unloading and preparing merchandise, to meet business priorities and have areas ready at store open.
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, and safety.
- Review store and team performance, identify operational gaps, and take action to improve results and merchandise availability.
