About the job
Leads the inbound and general merchandise team, coordinating delivery processing and daily workload while ensuring merchandise availability, operational safety, and a positive guest experience.
What you'll do
- Assign and plan team workload to meet business priorities and sales goals; ensure areas are ready and merchandise is available.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for guest service, operational execution, and safety.
- Review store and team metrics and backroom and sales-floor conditions, then address gaps and operational issues.

Pay
$22.50 - $24.50 per hour (base salary); $22.50 - $38.25 per hour (base salary)
