The CMMS Technician coordinates maintenance work, vendor services, parts inventory, and maintenance-system data to support efficient operations and asset availability at a distribution or fulfillment center.
What you'll do
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance in Maximo, create work orders, and help prioritize critical work.
- Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, invoices, repairs, and trailer maintenance.
- Manage spare-parts inventory and maintain Maximo data and reports.
