Leads overnight inbound and General Merchandise operations, coordinating teams and workload so merchandise is processed and store areas are ready for guests.
What you'll do
- Assign and oversee daily team tasks, training, coaching, and accountability.
- Plan and execute workload, review operational metrics, and resolve merchandise availability or backroom and sales-floor issues.
- Promote guest experience, safety, security, and compliance; support store leadership and guest services as needed.
