Leads store property maintenance, safety, vendor work, and project execution to keep building assets functional and support store operations.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building equipment; identify and address safety hazards.
- Prioritize work orders, coordinate vendors, and keep store leadership informed about maintenance workload and asset care.
- Coach team members on safety and best practices, and assist with projects, remodels, and emergency situations.
