About the job
Maintains store building assets and equipment, leads maintenance work and vendors, and supports safety, projects, and store operations.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets, including Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety Power Systems and Electrical equipment.
- Prioritize work orders, ensure safe and timely completion, and hold vendors accountable for quality service.
- Train and coach team members on safety and maintenance practices; support projects, remodels, and emergency situations.
