Maintains store building assets and equipment, completes maintenance and work orders, and coordinates vendors, safety, and property projects to support store operations.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets, including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety power systems, and electrical equipment.
- Prioritize and complete work orders safely; coordinate vendor work and hold vendors accountable for timely, quality service.
- Support team training, safety practices, remodels, special projects, and emergency situations.
