Maintains store building assets, coordinates vendors and work orders, and supports safe, efficient property operations and projects.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building equipment; identify and address safety hazards.
- Prioritize work orders, coordinate vendor performance, and inform store leaders about maintenance needs.
- Train and coach team members on safety and operational practices; assist with projects, remodels, and emergencies.
