What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety power systems, and electrical systems.
- Prioritize and complete work orders safely; coordinate vendor performance and keep store leaders informed of maintenance priorities.
- Train and coach team members on safety and maintenance practices; support special projects, remodels, and emergency situations.
