What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets, including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety power systems, and electrical equipment.
- Prioritize and complete work orders safely; coordinate vendor performance and communicate maintenance priorities to store leadership.
- Train and coach team members on safety and operating practices, and support special projects, remodels, and emergency situations.
