What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety power systems, and electrical.
- Prioritize and complete work orders safely; coordinate vendor performance and keep store leaders informed about maintenance priorities.
- Coach team members on safety and operating practices, and support projects, remodels, and emergency situations.
